All applications are recorded in the applications database of the Human Resources Department. All applications made are carefully reviewed, and the recruitment process is started upon contacting the candidates that meet the required qualifications and positions.

As a result of the interviews conducted; the applications of the candidates that fail to meet the required qualifications for the relevant position are kept and followed up in the database for a period of six months for the purpose of assessing these applications for other vacant positions. At the end of the process, we provide feedback and inform candidates properly.
